Know before you go.

  • We’re excited to have you! Please arrive 10 minutes early so we can introduce you to the space, help you get set up, and answer any questions before class begins.

  • For strength and endurance classes, sneakers are required. For most mat-based classes, grip socks are recommended but optional, and shoes are not required. We provide mats, towels, and all necessary equipment. A water refill station is available in the studio, so feel free to bring a water bottle. If you’d like to add ankle weights to your mat classes, you’re welcome to bring them.

  • New clients should arrive 10 minutes before class to get acquainted with the studio and set up for their session. Returning clients should plan to arrive at least 5 minutes early to secure their spot and settle in. The studio door will close 10 minutes after class begins to ensure a focused experience for everyone.

  • To maintain a focused and uninterrupted class experience, we allow a 10-minute grace period after class begins. After that time, the studio door will be closed and late entry will not be permitted, as it can be disruptive to the class and instructor.

  • A limited number of marked The Xperience Studio parking spots are available near the studio. The lot can be tight, so many clients prefer street parking on Park Street, which is typically the easiest option.

  • Classes can be reserved through the Mindbody app or directly through the schedule on our website. We recommend booking in advance, as class sizes are intentionally limited to ensure a more personalized experience.

  • If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so in advance through Mindbody so another client can take your spot. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a $10 fee.

  • Our classes are designed to accommodate a range of experience levels. Whether you’re just beginning, returning to fitness, or building on an established routine, our coaches provide guidance and modifications to support your progress.

  • If a class is full, you can add yourself to the waitlist through Mindbody. If a spot becomes available, you will automatically be added to the class and notified. We recommend joining the waitlist whenever possible, as spots often open up.
