A refined blend of barre, Pilates, yoga-based strength, and rhythmic cardio — designed to tone, lengthen, and strengthen through controlled, low-impact intensity. Offered in both heated and non-heated formats, these classes focus on core stability, balance, and muscular endurance for a sculpted, steady kind of strength.

Choreographed + Dynamic

HOT FORMATION | STEP & SCULPT

Choreographed, step-based training that works both your body and your mind. With a slightly faster tempo, these classes alternate between cardio-driven movement and sculpt-focused strength to build endurance, coordination, and definition.

Restore + Recovery

HEATED RESET + RECOVERY

This restorative series supports long-term physical and mental well-being through guided breathwork, mindful movement, and intentional mobility work. Each class begins with grounding meditation before moving into a blend of active and gentle stretching designed to improve joint health, release tension, and rebalance the nervous system.
